Handcrafted in Santa María Atzompa, Oaxaca, this 6" side plate from Ameyal’s Ceniza Line celebrates the delicate balance between earth, fire, and craft. Shaped and burnished by hand from natural Oaxacan clay, each piece is smoke-fired using traditional techniques that give it its deep, ash-like tone and subtle variations in color. Compact yet substantial, it’s the perfect size for bread, desserts, or small servings — an understated complement to any table setting.

Because of the artisanal firing process, color and tone will vary from piece to piece, making every plate a one-of-a-kind reflection of the clay’s natural transformation through fire.
